With all the talent at the 12U field, one part of top performers was just not enough for this group. Here are the rest of the top performers from the Generation Next Tip-Off 12U group. 

Caiden McClellan – 2030 – G – Nicolet Knights

McClellan was the playmaking guard behind this 12U championship team who really stepped up his game when it mattered most in the end. He plays well with the ball in his hands, especially on the attack. He was often getting into the defense to both score and distribute the ball. Though he also showcased a good-looking jump shot from deep. 

Pierre Monagan – 2031 - PG – Hoopademix

Even as a fifth grader playing up a level, Monagan was a true standout to make this list. With his great quickness, moves, and handle, he was able to get wherever he wanted on the floor with the ball. Defenders just could not stick with him. He runs the point well getting into the paint creating though Monagan also has a nice-looking jumper from the outside hitting multiple threes. 

Travis Olson – 2030 – G – Kessel Heat

To start off the tournament, Olson had himself a 17-point game in a one-point victory. The young skilled guard was very effective playing both on the attack as well as knocking down jumpers from the outside. He handles the ball well and has good moves weaving his way into the paint consistently creating. One of the more skilled guards at the 12U level. 

Robert Plump – 2030 – PG – TCDA

A quick guard that was a key to the success of his team and helped them reach the championship game. He is an impactful guard who was scoring, distributing, and defending it all well. He plays strong with the ball being able to handle plenty of pressure, sees the floor well, and made plenty of good passes. He did much of his damage playing on the attack but also hit some shots from the outside. 

Cooper Smith – 2030 – PG – Man Up

Smith is a high energy guard who played well on both ends of the floor. He plays with plenty of energy and is a very tough on ball defender. He set the tone early in a game on Sunday coming up with two quick steals in the game turning them into baskets the other way. Offensively, he handles the ball well, is a good passer, and showed a smooth jumper off the dribble. 

Jaxon Zovistoski – 2030 – G/F – Kessel Heat 

One of the more versatile players at the 12U level who is a highly impactful player with all he did during the tournament. He has some size and length but is also a skilled scorer and knows how to play. Zovistoski can handle the ball and plays well on the attack scoring around the paint and mid-range. He also run the point well but also plays tough around the basket.
